GUARANTEES AND RETURNS


Warranty

Goods can be claimed on the grounds of a physical defect, which is the incompatibility of the sold item with the contract. In order to make a complaint, the Buyer is asked to send the item back to the seller's address (ul. T. Wendy 15 81-351 Gdynia). The Customer is requested to attach a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice to the returned goods. In connection with the complaint, the Customer is asked to describe the defect and send such a description to us by e-mail to e-sklep@jrmotors.pl.

The complaint shall be considered within 14 days of its receipt, with the proviso that if the deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline shall be extended to the nearest working day. If the damage was caused by incorrect transport, a damage report must be drawn up with the courier and contacted.

Warranty conditions

JR Motor Services guarantees that the product purchased is brand new, free from manufacturing defects and provides a guarantee for a period of 2 years.

Cosmetic defects including painting, stickers, inscriptions are covered by the warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This guarantee is valid under the following conditions:


1. Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the user manual. In order to prevent possible damage, the aforementioned activities (cleaning and maintenance) must be carried out at regular intervals.
2. Operational wear and tear and accidental or accidental damage are not covered by the warranty.
3. The warranty does not cover individual modifications to the products, modification of the products or use of accessories which are not suitable for the intended use.
4. This guarantee does not cover consequences caused by an indirect or secondary effect of a defective product.
5. The warranty does not cover service man-hours for replacement parts or transport costs.
6. JR Motor Services may refuse to accept liability for damage caused by indirect action to people, animals or objects.

Replacement of goods

It is possible to exchange the goods for another. An important condition for the exchange is that the goods for which the previously purchased item is to be exchanged must not be cheaper. It can be at the same price or more expensive. If you wish to exchange the goods for a cheaper one, you must first return the goods and then you can buy a new cheaper item.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods concluded with the Seller within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to: e-sklep@jrmotors.pl of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).You may use the printed model form (download and print the form). To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of normal delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this reimbursement subject to the content of the next sentence. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. Please send back or hand over the item to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the thing resulting from your use of the thing other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
